Which payment methods do you accept?

What is your return policy for bonds and garments?
All garments will be checked thoroughly before any bond is returned
Must be dropped/posted back the DAY after your event.

What if I damage a garment?
We understand accidents happen
In the case of damage beyond repair occurring, the full RRP of the garment must be paid
otherwise the rentee must pay for repairs. (if possible).
What if I don't wear my garment?
As soon as a dress is booked, it takes that date away from other customers wanting it for that day. A deposit secures your booking and is part of the overall rental price (deposit price depends on garment). If you decide not to wear your garment before your date NO refunds will be given unless there is a special circumstance.
Do you do try-ons?
We do try ons for Melbourne based customers only, to make an appointment check when our rosters are posted and dm to book a slot.
When do you get in new stock?
We try our best to get in new stock every week to every couple of weeks!
Our inventory is handpicked based on styles we love/see via runways and social media.
Will you be getting bigger/smaller sizes?
We try our best to cater for all! We buy our items based on what we want hence, we buy our own sizes. We have sizes ranging from 4-12 (AU) and our biggest goal at the moment is expansion for not only more dresses but also more sizes.
Is dry cleaning/postage included in the dress price?
Both dry-cleaning and postage is on-top of the rental price and is taken out of the bond (usually).

$35 is our flat rate.
